For the past few years, Mentoring by Mainak has been an experiment in making high-quality mentoring and leadership guidance more accessible.

What started as a personal mentoring initiative eventually led me to explore an intriguing question: could AI help make the experience of having someone in your corner available to many more people? Over the last two years, I've had the privilege of interacting with more than 3000 of you from over 35 countries, and those conversations and learnings have shaped this journey of democratizing mentoring with AI.

That journey has now evolved into GotMyBack.ai.

GotMyBack.ai brings together my three decades of leadership experience, thousands of mentoring conversations, and AI to help people navigate the moments when they need guidance- in their careers, their leadership journeys, and beyond.
